Take your BBQ party to another level with the Jelly Berry Tea Treat this summer with this unique recipe which will make your friends jealous. Suitable for use with all fruit teas and different fruits you can choose how you make yours.

6 heaped tsp. fruit tea blend (your choice)
12 sheets of gelatine.
4 – 5 heaped teaspoons sugar
10 crushed pistachiosInstructions.
Soak the gelatine in water according to the package instructions. Brew the fruit tea blend with 1 litre of boiling water and let it steep for at least 15 minutes.
Strain the tea into a jug. Use a whisk to dissolve the squeezed-out gelatine in the warm tea.
Add 4 – 5 heaped teaspoons of sugar and stir.
Half fill glasses with the fruit tea blend.
Place the glasses in the refrigerator so that they are at an angle and let cool completely for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, add yoghurt and sliced strawberries over the jelly and garnished with chopped pistachios.Option:
Add freshly cut mint for additional freshness.
